DigitalBoard is a web-based system that facilitates online
collaboration for groups, organizations and businesses. The
main features
of DigitalBoard include: a
membership directory, discussion forums, events calendar
and file sharing.
All interfaces are built with simplicity
in
mind to allow even the most technically
illiterate to operate and feel comfortable with the features
of the site.
DigitalBoard has built in security features. To keep your
information hidden from prying eyes, DigitalBoard employs
a username and password login system protected by Secure
Socket Layers (up to 256 Bit SSL).

DigitalBoard is built on a "permission-based" system.
This allows you to create your own user-types that have their own
unique ability on your site. For example you can have "Power-Users" who
may be able to edit items on your calendar but not delete them.
DigitalBoard comes pre-installed with 3 user-types and you can
create as many more as you require.
DigitalBoard easily allows all members to recover their
passwords using the "email
me my password" feature. The system also keeps track of how
many times each of your members have logged in and the date of
the last time they did.
DigitalBoard is developed by professional web-designers, programming
and database experts. This combination allows us to produce an
end product that is very easy
to use yet possesses the functionality required to make it
scalable and manageable as your membership grows. We strive to
