a) Yes, DigitalBoard uses a 128 secure certificate to encrypt all traffic between your browser and the DigitalBoard server. But remember the weakest link is typically your password. Good practice involves always using numbers and letters in your password to make it difficult to guess (ie don't pick your spouses name, pets name or birthdate).

q) Why don't I use MSN or Yahoo Groups?

a) DigitalBoard has no ads, no cumbersome interfaces and is a private area that caters to your needs. On top of that, we provide round-the-clock support to make sure your DigitalBoard operates as it should. DigitalBoard also offers lightning fast interfaces and industry standard security.

q) How many members can I have using DigitalBoard?

a) Each DigitalBoard plan has a different number of user licenses associated with it. However, there is no limit to the number of concurrent users allowed on DigitalBoard at one time.

q) What type of payment methods do you accept?

a) DigitalBoard accepts three methods of payment: PayPal and cheques. There can be a short setup time before your DigitalBoard is ready to go (PayPal is around 1-2 days, cheque can take up to two weeks).
